Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

The Sr. Data Operations Support Manager is a key leader within the data operations function, tasked with enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of data processes across the organization. You will oversee a team of data professionals, set strategic objectives, and ensure alignment with the organization's data governance and quality frameworks. Your role involves developing robust data quality assurance practices, optimizing workflows, and leveraging analytical skills to deliver actionable insights for business operations and strategic initiatives.
1. Team Leadership and Management:
- Oversee the data operations support team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
2. Data Quality and Governance:
Develop and implement robust data quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Establish governance policies and procedures to manage the data lifecycle effectively.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT, business units, and external vendors to streamline data processes and resolve issues.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address data-related challenges and opportunities.
- Identify inefficiencies in current data operations and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and operational enhancements.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data operations.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
- Leadership experience in managing data operations teams.
- Expertise in developing and implementing data quality frameworks and governance policies.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
