  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred; internships/placements welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset with a 'hunter' mentality
  • Comfortable with outreach activities (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs and determining fit for Quick Release services
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Business Managers to schedule discovery meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to identify new opportunities
  • Represent Quick Release professionally at events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Achieve and exceed activity-based KPIs (calls, meetings booked, qualified leads) and contribute to revenue growth targets
Desired Qualifications
  • Interest in the automotive, engineering, or technology sectors is a plus
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) desirable
