Action Property Management leader Carla Gatza earns Global Recognition for workplace excellence.

Action Property Management leader Carla Gatza earns Global Recognition for workplace excellence. Irvine, CA - March 2026 Carla Gatza, Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Action Property Management, has been awarded a 2026 Global Recognition Award in the leadership category, highlighting her impact on workplace culture and organizational performance. The award recognizes Gatza's disciplined leadership approach and her ability to build high-performing teams through a people-first strategy that delivers measurable results. Evaluators noted her consistent execution across leadership fundamentals, including strategy, employee engagement, and ethical decision-making. A leadership model built on results. Gatza stood out among candidates by achieving top scores across all three core evaluation areas: vision and strategy implementation, the ability to inspire and motivate, and integrity in leadership. Each category received the highest possible rating, placing her among a select group of leaders recognized for comprehensive excellence. Her leadership has translated into tangible outcomes at Action Property Management, most notably in employee retention. Under her direction, the company has achieved a manager retention rate four times higher than the industry average, a significant benchmark in an industry often challenged by burnout and turnover. Redefining workplace culture in HOA Management. Within the homeowners association industry, stability at the manager level directly impacts community experience. Gatza's approach focuses on aligning talent with purpose, ensuring team members are placed in roles where they can succeed and grow. Rather than treating company values as abstract ideals, she has embedded them into daily operations as measurable standards. This structure is reinforced through ongoing feedback, mentorship, and professional development programs that support long-term career growth. Her framework emphasizes a balance of accountability and trust, creating an environment where employees are empowered while still held to clear performance expectations. From culture to community impact. The effects of Gatza's leadership extend beyond the workplace. Strong internal culture has enabled Action Property Management to deliver more consistent, reliable service to the communities it manages. In an industry where turnover can disrupt board relationships and resident experience, this level of organizational stability provides a competitive advantage and strengthens long-term community outcomes. As one award spokesperson noted, Gatza's leadership reflects a model where individuals are "trusted to lead" and motivated to perform at their highest level. Setting a new standard. The Global Recognition Awards uses a structured evaluation model to compare candidates across industries, focusing on sustained impact rather than isolated achievements. Gatza's recognition underscores a broader shift in leadership standards, where culture, performance, and people development are increasingly seen as interconnected drivers of success. For Action Property Management, the recognition reinforces a core belief: investing in people is not a supporting strategy. It is the strategy.
