We are looking for a Digital Menu Specialist that will be responsible for the implementation and organization of product menu images, descriptions, and pricing and promotion updates for all retail menus and e-commerce platforms. This individual will work directly with the entire Merchandising Team and collaborate with Buyers, Retail Operations, District Managers, and Dispensary Teams. In addition, the Digital Menu Specialist will also collaborate with the appropriate Creative and Digital Marketing Partners to maintain flawless execution of all consumer-facing platforms.

In this role you will….

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work collaboratively with store teams, buying, planning, and marketing partners to provide menu photos for all Cloud Cover and Third-Party products.
• Manage the photo uploads for all new product launches, as well as support the Product Planning Specialist with the input of titles, descriptions, categories, vendor, and strain information for all items in the retail portfolio.
• Maintain and update the appropriate settings and parameters in Dutchie for all retail pricing and promotions.
• Conduct weekly menu audits to ensure accurate and competitive pricing as well as promotional changes on all consumer-facing platforms.
• Assist Buying and Planning team with market analysis, third party platform maintenance (Weedmaps, Google, Leafly), and other job duties as needed.

Skills and experience you have...

• 1+ years of experience in inventory management or data analytics.
• Experience with Dutchie required.
• Experience with Hoodie or other cannabis analytics platforms a plus.
• Strong experience manipulating data with Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables and simple excel formulas.

• Proven ability to establish strong credibility and build relationships, operate in an environment of ambiguity, and maintain strict confidentiality.

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to develop and implement operational best practices.
• Good judgment in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
• Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
