  • The base salary is $80,000 (entry-level) - 90,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary + annual variable range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
  • User Support: Assisting Salesforce users with day-to-day issues, including login problems, access permissions, and general troubleshooting. Provide support in the sales help ticketing system, Enchant, at the direction of the Director of Sales Operations
  • Data Management: Managing and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce by importing, exporting, and updating records as needed. This includes data cleansing and deduplication
  • Customization: Assisting in the customization of Salesforce by creating and modifying fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet the specific needs of the organization
  • Workflow Automation: Building and maintaining workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processes to automate business processes and streamline operations
  • Reports and Dashboards: Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance and overall business data
  • Security and Permissions: Managing user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access to data and functionality within Salesforce
  • Training and Documentation: Training new users and creating documentation to help users understand how to use Salesforce effectively. Participate in sales team meetings and ensure all action items discussed are documented and executed
  • Integration: Collaborating with other teams to organize and consolidate information from multiple systems and utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare lists and reports for consumption of the sales team and leadership, importing and exporting data between various systems
  • Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with the sales team to solicit feedback and improve or create processes and procedures as needed to boost productivity
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding formula fields, workflow rules, and process automation is essential. Familiarity with basic Salesforce development concepts (Apex, Visualforce) is a plus
