Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
- 5+ years of relevant B2C web and DTC eCommerce analytics experience
- 2+ years of experience practicing A/B experimentation and have a good knowledge in test design and measurement, including top tools such as Optimizely and/or Monetate
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, email, retargeting, display advertising, etc.), systems, and content management
- Subject matter expert in web analytics and advanced knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics
- Solid understanding of website tagging (e.g. GTM or Tealium)
- Strong SQL Skills
- Expertise with BI tool such as Looker or Tableau, from data transformation & modeling to creating measures to data visualization & insights
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic business outcomes, with a structured and data-driven approach to business problem solving
- Deep knowledge of experimental design and causal inference methods
- Highly independent and able to manage relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong data visualization and action-oriented narrative for stakeholder and executive audiences
- A bachelors degree and 5+ years of advanced analytics experience or a Masters/Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience

Responsibilities
- Partner with web development online marketing teams on continuous web & eCommerce optimization initiatives
- Proactively identify strategic opportunities and provide recommendations based on self-led ad hoc and deeper dive analyses
- Partner with business owners to translate reporting and data into clear insights leading to actions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Drive improvement & expansion of existing analytics efforts, including conversion analysis, onsite customer behavior segmentation, promotions, digital marketing initiatives, eCommerce funnels and site and content performance
- Develop automated, insightful and actionable dashboards and pipelines that support business stakeholders' self-service data needs and allow them to make decisions quickly
- Lead the establishment of a learning agenda and methodical A/B testing program. Develop, document, and promote and champion a hypothesis-driven, continual improvement culture
- Technically savvy and have the patience and ability to understand a complex tech stack and customer data ecosystem
- Familiarity with ecommerce KPIs, and have experience in making data-driven decisions impacting a DTC eCommerce business
- Advance our ability to analyze web traffic by bridging online/offline data gaps
- Help expand website personalization efforts with strategic customer segmentation analyses & insights
- Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, Marketing & Engineering to help make customer experiences more seamless across digital channels
