Structural Engineer – Denver, Colorado

DISHER is currently partnering with an architecture and engineering firm that specializes in the food and beverage industry and is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will work on various lateral and seismic designs in a variety of different materials.

What you will get to do:

Design to meet structural requirements, economics, constructability and quality
Lead projects in various stages of design, fabrication and erection
Sign off on drawings for submittals to General Contractors
Structural engineering design for food and beverage processing projects
Review detail drawings for compliance to contract drawings, specifications as well as applicable building codes
Partner with Project Management to problem solve and provide answers to questions about details and designs of projects
Mentor Engineer EITs and engineering interns to promote growth and development

What will make you successful:

5+ years of experience in Structural Engineering
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) Certification is preferred
Passionate about designing for the food and beverage industries
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to lead a team
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
