Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working with Sales Ops, Finance, Deal Management, GTM organizations
- 5+ years of experience working in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management
- Will take the initiative to drive projects forward even under ambiguous circumstances
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, program managers, data analysts, and other internal stakeholders to understand and achieve business priorities
- Collect business requirements and assist in the development of measurement plans for strategic programs
- Work to deeply understand deal support and associated business challenges, in detail, with all nuances
- Collect and analyze data through manual and automated collection methods
- Interpret data trends, analyze results using analytics techniques, and provide ongoing reports or patterns in complex datasets
- Have technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, data cleansing, and data extraction and segmentation techniques
- Translate abstract data into easily-digestible and highly-visual dashboard applications and executive-level report deliverables
- Collaborate with other analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to provide exceptional customer support to our internal stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel / Google Sheets, BI Reporting / Visualization tools (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics), SQL / PPT & G-Slides
- Self-motivated, creative problem solver with ability to perform in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
- Great interpersonal communication skills including user support
- The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $99,360.00-$124,200.00
- Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan
