TurboTenant, a property management software company, has acquired TenantCloud, combining two platforms to serve over 1 million independent landlords nationwide. The merger expands tools spanning listings, tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. The acquisition follows TurboTenant's recent purchases of REI Hub, a rental property accounting software, and Azibo, a financial services platform for rental properties. TenantCloud was founded in 2016 and provides property management tools for landlords, managers, and owners. The combined platform aims to reduce administrative burden and support growth for independent landlords across the United States.
TurboTenant has expanded Autopilot, its flat-fee property management service, to Colorado. The service provides independent landlords with professional property management through local experts and TurboTenant's technology platform, avoiding traditional percentage-of-rent pricing models. Autopilot handles rental marketing, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and leasing support for a flat monthly fee. Services include professional photography, 3D tours, dedicated local support, and financial reporting through TurboTenant's platform. CEO Seamus Nally said the expansion offers Colorado landlords a modern alternative that reduces operational burden whilst protecting investments.
