Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and commercial strategies, focusing on delivering measurable results, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
• Strengthen relationships with key advertisers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant.
• Lead strategic marketing and commercial discussions with clients to identify opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
• Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of digital solutions to meet clients' marketing objectives.
• Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients on product solutions and driving product adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.

• Partner with product teams to define go-to-market plans and influence product roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, media sales, and online advertising, with a proven track record of leading accounts and driving business growth.
• Extensive experience in strategy consulting, program management, and managing organizations with a strong marketing focus.
• Strong ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain complex business relationships.
• Experience working effectively within matrix organizations and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging audiences at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in insight generation, strategic formation, transformation management, and analytics.
