Requirements
  • One to two years of experience in admissions, student support, or customer service within an educational setting is desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and customer relationship management tools for student tracking and outreach.
  • An active Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail while working under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including evening and weekend hours.
  • Ability to travel to in-person student recruitment events and engagement efforts throughout the year.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person informational sessions and answer questions about ASU Prep Academy’s programs, curriculum, and enrollment requirements.
  • Attend and represent ASU Prep Academy at community events, open houses, school fairs, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintain communication with students, families, and internal departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop engagement strategies for prospective students.
  • Assist in organizing on-campus tours and events to showcase ASU Prep Academy’s offerings.
  • Use customer relationship management systems to track inquiries, applications, and enrollment data while maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide immediate, ongoing, and efficient information and problem resolution to families in a timely manner.
  • Resolve routine and escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing support to newly enrolled students and help them transition into the ASU Prep community.
  • Stay up to date on ASU Prep’s programs to communicate effectively with prospective families.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with other departments.
  • Assist team members with special projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, communications, or a related field.
  • One to two years of experience in admissions, student support, or customer service within an educational setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
