The review involves discussions with the companies, competitors, and customers and may take months. Google has agreed to pay Wiz 10% of the deal's value if it falls through. Google claims the acquisition will enhance its cloud security offerings. Neither the DOJ, Wiz, nor Google commented on Bloomberg's request for a response.
