Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including compensation, employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, change management, and more.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, your HR team, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide seamless HR support and guidance to the business.
  • Assess present and future HR needs, trends, and problems, and identify opportunities and actions to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that focus on enhancing employee experience and/or drive manager engagement with an acute focus on improving overall employee attraction and retention.
  • Participate in and/or lead HR projects to drive improved alignment of processes, systems, and interdependencies to manage compliance, improve employee engagement, and achieve business expectations.
  • Leverage HR data analytics to support decision-making, assess best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support a variety of business growth activities, including new business proposals, program start-ups, and integration activities for acquisitions within the assigned sector.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
