Compensation Overview

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning and key messages
• Lead content creation initiatives, including whitepapers, blogs and guides to support demand generation programs and prospecting efforts by our team of business development representatives
• Steer the creation of sales tools to empower our team to lead with value, win more customers and expand existing relationships.
• Oversee analyst relations to enhance our brand visibility and industry positioning within the marketplace
• Direct public relations efforts in collaboration with external agencies to build and protect our brand image
• Manage brand marketing and graphic design to ensure all visual communications align with our brand identity
• Craft and execute a comprehensive sales enablement plan to provide our sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools to drive success
• Conduct comprehensive market, customer and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies
• Govern social media strategy and execution, engaging with our audience in meaningful ways that promote brand awareness and lead generation
• Mentor and lead a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Desired Experience & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a closely related field. Master’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in technology-focused product marketing and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Solid familiarity and hands-on experience in the B2B software or technology sector. Prior experience in Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management or Cybersecurity is a plus
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving, complemented by a data-driven analytical approach
• Proven ability to clearly communicate complex ideas, coupled with exceptional writing and editing skills
• Expert project management capability, enabling the management of multiple priorities without compromising quality
• Creative prowess matched with an exceptional eye for detail, necessary for crafting innovative marketing materials
• Market research proficiency, with adeptness at analyzing trends and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Proficiency with modern marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems, as well as a grasp of digital marketing channels and tactics
• An unyielding understanding of product lifecycle management, as well as product development processes
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively represent ProcessUnity at industry events and conferences
• Willingness and ability to travel up to a maximum of 20% to meet with customers and attend industry events
