  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on media planning, buying, optimizing and reporting in search/social channels, particularly from a performance standpoint in Google, Twitter, Facebook Ads Platforms
  • Ideally 2+ years in a start-up environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work with various platforms/vendors/teams quickly to meet deadlines
  • Synthesize, visualize and articulate data for key stakeholders (experience with Google Sheets/Slides + data connector platforms)
  • Comfortable working with low oversight, being proactive and anticipating future needs
  • Thorough attention to detail and high organizational skills
  • Passion for crypto/web3 and consistency to consume latest news and developments, especially in web3 wallets
  • Fully own media process for Core Wallet products (Extension, Mobile & Web)
  • Plan, buy, report, and optimize ad-hoc and campaign initiatives in-platform of various social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Tiktok), Search (Google), Display (Site-direct, programmatic), and Audio (Podcast) platforms focusing on awareness and performance goals
  • Aggregate, synthesize and report on media and product data to identify key trends, analysis and insights and offer action oriented recommendations
  • Set, forecast and manage media budgets based on forecast modeling and KPI performance
  • Understand Core roadmap, upcoming features, updates as well as competitor news to ideate future-forward thinking strategies and initiatives
  • Ability to come up with new paid channels, vendors, targets, tactics, strategies, creative concepts and ideas for various A/B tests
  • Cross-collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to bring forth and expand upon best practices in both departments
  • Conceive unique alternate solutions for full reporting attribution and measuring business goals across channels and tactics
  • Work around nuances within individual ads platforms, legal and product teams to be compliant with internal and external creative, copy and messaging guidelines
