Are you passionate about high-performance vehicles and building long-term business relationships? Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian is seeking a driven, self-motivated Outside Fleet Sales Representative to lead the charge in commercial and fleet sales, with a focus on Sprinter Vans.

Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with businesses and fleet clients across the region.

Provide expert guidance on Sprinter Van models and configurations tailored to client needs.

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and quoting to delivery and after-sales support.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely vehicle availability.

Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and passion at industry events and client meetings.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B or fleet/commercial vehicle sales (Sprinter Van experience preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with corporate clients.

Self-starter attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
