Requirements
  • 5 + years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in leading design projects from concept to launch.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions and rationale clearly.
  • Craftsmanship - You have a high bar for craft and quality in your work
  • Proficient with Figma, and high-fidelity prototyping tool.
  • Able to take ownership, work independently & be accountable for your work.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process for significant product areas from concept to implementation, while understanding technical constraints and spotting opportunities out of it.
  • Perform user research & usability test sessions and translate insights into design decisions.
  • Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Promote product discovery and ideation.
  • Work through the entire lifecycle of the project and collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
