Job Summary:
Portfolio Administration Services is seeking a candidate that is willing to grow and cultivate skills in the Fintech industry. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day monitoring and administration of client accounts utilizing Envestnet’s trading and account management platform. This individual should be committed to providing a “best in class” experience to our investment advisors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of trading activities in accordance with established guidelines for managed accounts on the Envestnet Platform. Responsibilities include:
- Executing trade instructions
- Evaluating proposed transactions based on predefined criteria
- Coordinating transaction execution and allocation across multiple accounts
- Collaborate within a dynamic team environment to problem-solve and utilize standard procedures to address and prevent process and workflow deviations in order to achieve collective objectives.
- Participate in discussions with business and technical analysts to define and test enhancements in processes and technology aimed at boosting the efficiency and effectiveness of the investment process.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience required
- Analytical mindset in order to generate ideas for streamlining necessary processes into manageable procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external parties.
- Knowledge of financial markets, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Envestnet’s account management processes, procedures, and systems.
