Provide administrative support to the management team and departments
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
Assist in organizing company events and other administrative tasks as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Update and manage office filing systems
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and clerical tasks
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of the organization
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields preferred
