Requirements
  • Respond to customer service requests by applying systematic and creative solutions; focus and commit to creating an impressive retail experience that customers love
  • Independently troubleshoot issues that may arise and identify areas for system or technical improvements; generating daily status reports for senior leadership
  • Track, respond and escalate (as needed) community feedback for the areas that Nuro currently operates
  • In some instances help out with daily assignment of vehicles to delivery orders using proprietary Nuro dashboard, completing process checks through each stage of deployment
  • You are a great communicator; comfortable talking with customers in-person, over the phone, or through email/text/chat messages
  • You have at least two years of work experience in a customer facing role, ideally for a small business or with a small team
  • You are reliable, dependable, and punctual in all aspects of life
  • You have acute attention to detail on daily tasks and excellent time management
  • You are a quick learner and passionate about robotics and mobility services
  • You bring a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
  • You are an excellent teammate: able to work a flexible shift schedule that may cover evenings/weekends, and are willing to pitch in to help co-workers when needed
