Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have 8+ years' of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development/Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, or similar field, with preferred3 + years leading people directly or indirectly
- Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field useful, but not required. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience in or with large, multinational companies and in fashion and apparel preferred
- Track record of designing engaging and impactful leadership development programs that improves individual, team and company performance
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with virtual facilitation experience
- Experience working with training and talent development vendors for outsourcing content creation or facilitation when appropriate
- Certified facilitator, and/or coaching certifications useful
Responsibilities
- Leads large scale learning & development projects for the organization
- Implement evaluation strategy to demonstrate efficiency and return on investment of training
- Focus on delivering high impact training that improves learner participation, comprehension and application of the material using technology, interaction, and innovative tactics that could include new trends
- Establishes and maintains standards for content design, development, and delivery
- Conduct needs assessments and formulates learning and development objectives aligned with the business strategy and growth objectives
- Develop, implement, and evaluate core leadership, proficiency, and retail programs across the talent pipeline
- Establish an assessment framework for usage of core diagnostic tools and resources
- Develop communication and marketing methods to educate employees on development programs and resources
- Build HiPo strategy for associates across the pipeline
- Partner with Manager and inclusion council to support DEI strategy and execution of critical programs/systems/metrics
- Collaborate with the leadership team and human resources to develop and implement an incorporated approach to development, learning, and succession management
- Design and develop innovative and high affect high-potential programs and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of global leadership talent
- Partner across the enterprise to evolve the Talent Review process (e.g. calendar, tools, and procedures) and create standard tracking/reporting processes
- Provide consultation to business leaders and HR partners on talent management, assessment, development, and coaching
- Partner with both the business and HRBPs with a service mentality
- Operate individually and employing solid decision-making skills
- Influence at all levels and negotiate inside and outside of the Company
- Develop and keep vendor relationships
- Experience and skills in leading, coaching and developing team
- Proven sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills and possess a global company mindset
