Requirements
  • 7-10 years work experience in a mid to large size company doing solution marketing for different personas and Lines of Business
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience doing Persona based Platform messaging ( IT, HR, Finance, Marketing…)
  • Ability to create killer product positioning and "pitch message" that describes how Workato generates value in a unique way
  • Provide campaign strategy and framework for key target personas
  • Build PoV and Thought Leadership that include attaching to key industry trends
  • Evangelize our solution message to prospects and customers in meetings,webinars, and company events
Responsibilities
  • Work with internal SMEs, customers and sales to develop and constantly refine the Workato POV for IT, Mktg, Finance etc
  • Define messaging frameworks and buyer personas, and articulate their outstanding challenges, interests and needs to internal marketing and sales teams
  • Build rapport with enterprise sales teams. Drive cross-functional, integrated programs with Demand Gen, Field Marketing and Events teams to build awareness and increase consideration among technica and LoBl decision-makers
  • Develop sales assets in partnership with the Sales team. Partner with the enablement team to train sales and establish a consistent feedback loop
  • Talk to existing customers and target buyers to develop buyer personas, understand the way products are used, and clarify the business problem they solve. Create a funnel for customer references
