Requirements
  • Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ year of sales data analytics experience.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and relational data structures.
  • Superior analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge that includes complex logic & pivot tables.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills.
  • Excellent Collaborative Behavior Skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and call center systems and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain data quality in all systems used by the commercial organization, including CRMs, ERPs, MDM, and other databases.
  • Ability to receive, interpret and complete ad hoc data requests across multiple customer-facing teams.
  • Create Sales compensation statements based on target attainment.
  • Understand and report on new sales initiatives such as contests, promotions and other compensation related objectives.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive Problem Solving Process and root cause investigation through data analysis.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting for forecasts, accruals and target setting.
  • Identify and correct any data anomalies and mistakes.
