  • 3-5+ years of previous sales experience selling staffing solutions to healthcare corporations/ C-Suite level executives
  • Past healthcare experience required
  • Demonstrated track record of negotiating MSA, contracts, etc
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Must have an acute business acumen
  • An enthusiastic and passionate approach to business
  • 50% Travel - This position requires travel, both local and overnight, to meet with clients and with members of the medical community, to establish relationships with clients, and to promote Medely Inc. This may require providing proof of immunizations and/or the use of safety equipment to remain in compliance with healthcare facility and customer requirements
  • Must reside in one of the following states: VA, KY, NC, SC, TN, GA, AL or FL
Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding prospective enterprise and large corporate group facilities to closing their business
  • Present to prospective accounts using Linkedin Nav, Zoominfo, Vidyard, DHC, and past book of business to sell
  • Maintain pre-determined KPIs
  • Prospect and generate new lead opportunities
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of account communication and data
