Requirements
  • 8+ years of healthcare technology sales experience, with a deep understanding of selling into hospitals and health systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of scalable sales strategies aimed at acquiring new logos and driving revenue growth within large healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and ASCs.
  • Steer the Sales team toward achieving Force Therapeutics’s ARR growth goals by optimizing pipeline management, refining the sales process, and setting KPIs that ensure consistent performance and market expansion.
  • Lead high-stakes pitches for hospitals and health systems, managing the entire sales process, starting with opportunity generation and discovery through final contract negotiations.
  • Drive new client wins to meet revenue goals while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in target markets.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team that can generate a strong pipeline, create best-in-class sales enablement assets, and carry complex enterprise clients through the customer sales journey.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Success & Strategy, and People teams to align strategies and ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Manage a disciplined sales process by implementing best practices around sales operations, including meticulous management of sales assets and ensuring data hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Iterate and optimize the sales process using data to identify trends in enablement that help win more business.
  • Be the voice of Sales in Force’s thought leadership by bringing insights from client interactions, using data to vocalize market trends, and strategizing how emerging developments in the healthcare market impact sales strategy.
