Requirements
  • You are looking for a 6-month, full-time, internship based in Bordeaux, France OR London, England to start in January 2025
  • English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability) for you. If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
  • You have experience or convincing knowledge of best practices in conducting research (qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as usability testing, observational research, user interviews, surveys, card sorts, contextual inquiry, etc.)
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills.
  • You have e-commerce experience, that would be a plus but it's not required.
Responsibilities
  • Bring stakeholders (business people), designers, product owners and engineers together to build, maintain, and evolve a robust experience for Back Market’s customers
  • Listen to business problems and helping craft action plans
  • Conduct qualitative research to collect insights and build strong recommendations
  • Launch quantitative studies to discover trends and validate the hypothesis
  • Work closely with product designers to ensure that your recommendations have the maximum impact
  • Present the results of your work to the company and make sure that the value of research is understood
  • Contribute to the development of the UX Research team with your colleagues
