He would branch out based on the data collected from that service to create Ghost Kitchens in several cities to prepare food for those services. Russia surrounded his city on the very first day of the war, pivoting his businesses to deliver emergency aid before moving he and his family to Ireland.After a year there, he settled down in Chicago, where he visited dozens of restaurants and coffee shops to find out what their biggest challenges were in terms of digital orders
