Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading transformation programmes in the Defence sector
  • Expertise in operating model design, programme management, change and adoption management
  • Strong understanding of Defence transformation challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to interpret strategic, operational, and external drivers for change and inspire stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering large-scale programmes, managing budgets, and meeting timelines
  • Knowledge of technology-enabled transformation, including digital and cloud solutions
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple workstreams and transformation propositions
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering high-profile, technology-enabled transformation programmes for UK Defence organisations
  • Driving market growth by identifying opportunities and developing new transformation offerings
  • Developing and applying cutting-edge tools and techniques to help clients modernise and enhance operational capability
  • Managing programme economics, risk, performance, and stakeholder relationships
  • Leading and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to our growing Defence transformation community
  • Expanding your own industry expertise and staying ahead of emerging trends to bring fresh insights to clients
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and fostering long-term relationships in the Defence sector
