Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent proficiency in corporate finance and GAAP accounting concepts is a must.
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional level of Excel and presentation preparation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a finance team.
  • Experience leading complex workstreams.
  • Familiarity with financial planning processes and mid-market/enterprise business systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and monitor financial and operations metrics.
  • Drive adoption of key metrics based management across the company.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Develop new processes or improve existing processes related to financial planning/reporting.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare financial presentations and reports for board meetings and investor communications.
  • Support financing initiatives, debt, capital, strategic acquisitions analysis.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Support ad hoc projects and define systems improvements.
