Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, analytics, and/or strategic HR consulting
  • Established knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
  • Intellectually curious, seeking opportunities to develop new skills and apply critical thinking
  • Ability to simplify the complex, distill key information and synthesize insights for senior audiences
  • Passion for research and data analysis, and a knack telling stories with numbers
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with others
  • Ability to flex own orientation and style to be both strategic and hands-on when required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Monitor, assess, and interpret people trends and metrics to shape our strategic agenda
  • Develop and maintain clear and cohesive plans, aligned to our people strategy and commitments
  • Maintain integrated portfolio and communications forecasts and report on progress
  • Conduct exploratory research to understand industry insights and support decision-making
  • Drive clarity and visibility through consistent processes and practices, including KPIs and metrics
  • Contribute to the engagement strategy for priority People Strategy initiatives
  • Contribute to deliverables for the Marsh McLennan Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and People Leadership Team
  • Support the team to identify opportunities, build a compelling narrative, and champion change
  • Support the People Strategy team in developing, enhancing and scaling tools and solutions
  • Drive consistent knowledge management, document meeting outcomes and distill action items
