  • Build internal tools and agents end-to-end by integrating the software-as-a-service stack, including HubSpot, Notion, Linear, and Gong, into engineering and operations workflows; own scope, design, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
  • Evolve artificial intelligence architecture based on internal customer needs and measurable improvements.
  • Identify, prioritize, and scale automation opportunities across business units, distinguishing what should be automated and to what degree.
  • Work with Engineering, go-to-market, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to identify where artificial intelligence can reduce friction.
  • Build team-level ownership and coordinate a network of artificial intelligence champions so workflows are maintained without central dependency.
  • Run hands-on workshops, pair sessions, and office hours to teach teams how to use the delivered tools and measure adoption and time saved.
  • Partner with Security and Information Technology on governance; apply least-privilege principles and build guardrails, access scoping, and audit trails to protect customer data and production systems.
