- A college or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow is required.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required.
- Technical experience with the ServiceNow platform, including participation in upgrades and patching, is required.
- Experience deploying the ServiceNow platform through new installations is required.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), GRC, SecOps, IRM, and CSM is required.
- Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies, DevOps practices, and Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment (CI/CD) is required.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Active Secret clearance is requested.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and develop custom applications using App Engine projects.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy, and participate in system maintenance tasks including upgrades and patches.
- Troubleshoot development, configuration, and performance-related issues within ServiceNow.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, implementation plans, and user guides.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Design dashboards and reports.
- Assist with user training as needed.
- French language proficiency is a plus.
