Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of scheduling and/or project controls experience.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6 highly preferred.
  • Full-time on-site client presence.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.
  • Covid Vaccine is required prior to the Team Member’s start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.
Responsibilities
  • Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
  • Produce key project controls deliverables, including: Budget estimates, Detailed project schedules and milestones, Feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and scenario analysis, Project cost reports and trend analysis, Comprehensive monthly project summary reports.
  • Analyze complex project data and then deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages in a compelling manner to support decision making.
  • Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools.
  • Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc.
