Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with application development using Spark, Scala or Python.
  • Development experience of enterprise data driven applications, ETL and data orchestration.
  • Hands-on with advanced Bigdata technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Hive, SQL and NoSQL.
  • Experience with Public cloud technologies such as AWS, Databricks is big plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
  • Moderate experience on unix, shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of ETL Tools, CI/CD, Github, Elasticsearch is plus.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Custody services, data privacy, AML and related compliance domain is plus.
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the application development using Scala, Spark, Python and other programing languages.
  • Lead the efforts for Vendor product implementation and customization.
  • Assume the ownership from development to Production rollout.
  • Working in multi-location agile environment in the alignment with business and technology teams.
  • Following application Development, Data engineering, Performance and security standards.
