JOB LOCATION

This is a REMOTE position.  

COMPENSATION

$17.00 - $22.00 / hour, Non-Exempt.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Regional Produce Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in keeping our products and grocery store partners looking their best. Your main focus will be ensuring our products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and clearly labeled on store shelves and in coolers. You’ll also rotate stock, replace shelf tags, and keep everything organized and fresh for customers.

You’ll build great working relationships with store staff and occasionally connect with food brokers. This is a hands-on, active role that involves lifting, reaching, bending, and moving products throughout your shift. If you enjoy staying busy and working on a consistent schedule with set start times and regular customers, this could be a great fit for you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure Sensei Farms products are properly stocked, rotated, and merchandised on shelves and in coolers at assigned grocery accounts.
• Follow store plan-o-grams to reset and stock shelves, rotate products by date, clean shelves, and eliminate out-of-stocks and expired items.
• Report service visits and upload shelf photos using our mobile app.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor as needed.
• Set up promotional signage and shelf materials to support sales campaigns.
• Communicate any store-level issues to both store managers and the Sensei team.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel through clear, courteous communication.
• Follow all operating procedures, including your designated route and Sensei’s policies.
• Service each account within the time windows provided by Sensei management.
• Provide excellent customer service through responsiveness, professionalism, and support.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED

• Based in the Philadelphia Metro area
• Willing and able to travel across the Northeastern U.S., covering 500–1000 miles per week
• Access to reliable personal transportation for visiting multiple store locations
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record (no more than 2 points in the last 3 years)
• Proof of auto insurance
• Physically capable of squatting, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs regularly
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus points if you have...

• Retail produce experience.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• High School diploma or equivalent.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

• Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight when required.
