Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience building and shipping production software.
  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers, users, or stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions; FDE, solutions engineering, consulting, or technical founder backgrounds count.
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python and ideally one or more additional languages.
  • Hands-on experience with application programming interfaces, integrations, webhooks, or platform products.
  • Ability to lead technical projects with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to understand their legal and business workflows, systems, and technical requirements.
  • Design and build integrations using the GC AI application programming interface, from prototype through production deployment.
  • Help customers deploy GC AI into critical business processes, including contract review, procurement, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug customer integrations in real time.
  • Identify repeatable deployment patterns and contribute them back to Product and Engineering as reusable platform capabilities.
  • Create reference implementations, documentation, and best practices that help future customers move faster.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 25%.
