Requirements
  • Ability to accurately process voter registration applications and maintain voter rolls in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer-facing services related to voter registration, absentee voting, and early voting.
  • Ability to respond to public inquiries, requests for assistance, and voter concerns.
  • Ability to perform basic geographic information system-related tasks, including gathering, updating, and interpreting geographic and demographic election data, and conducting related research and analysis.
  • Ability to perform data entry and use computers, computer programs, office equipment, and software.
  • Ability to generate confidential reports and handle legal documents, forms, records, lists, and files.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately process voter registration applications.
  • Maintain voter rolls.
  • Assist with issuing and receiving absentee applications and absentee ballots.
  • Provide early voting services.
  • Respond to public inquiries, requests for assistance, and voter concerns.
  • Perform routine administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, answering phones, greeting customers, operating office equipment and software, generating confidential reports, maintaining lists and records, and filing documents.
  • Type, process, and transmit various forms, records, and legal documents.
  • Gather, update, and interpret geographic and demographic election data and conduct related research and analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
