Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years in operations coordination or a similar role, with experience in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite; familiarity with Spring Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily order validation in the NetSuite/Spring system and verify vendor portal order fulfillment.
  • Manage partner marketplace order processing, fulfillments, returns, and assortment data maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding repair and return processes, ensuring efficient handling of vendor interactions and resolution of issues related to repairs and returns.
  • Update the daily repairs and returns, conduct review meetings with our repair vendor team.
