Requirements
  • Medical Degree
  • Diagnostic Radiology Residency
  • Nuclear Medicine Fellowship
  • American Board of Radiology Certified (preferred)
  • Nuclear Medicine Board (ABNM) Certified or Board Eligible
  • Florida Medical License or Eligible
  • Experience: at least 1 year of dedicated subspecialty fellowship training in Nuclear Medicine
  • Prior cancer center experience in a practice setting is preferred but not required
  • Experience in radiopharmaceutical therapy and theranostics is highly desired
Responsibilities
  • Active clinical practice in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Supervise the performance of technical personnel
  • Be part of the on-call schedule
  • Exercise quality assurance as related to the practice of Nuclear Medicine
  • Provide Nuclear Medicine consultation as requested
  • Staff off-site outpatient imaging sites as requested by the Division Director or Chair
  • Potential participation in the development and management of new and ongoing clinical research
  • Serve on Departmental and University committees as requested by the Chair

Desired Qualifications
  • ABR Certification – Preferred
  • Nuclear Medicine Board (ABNM) Certification or Board Eligible
  • Experience in radiopharmaceutical therapy and theranostics is highly desired
  • Prior cancer center experience preferred
  • Teaching residents, fellows, and medical students, as well as clinical research, journal club, and weekly multidisciplinary conference
