About the role
Tremendous is an enviable position to have a product relevant for many distinct business verticals and functions. Whether it’s a market research firm looking to compensate a global panel, or a global technology company that needs a one-off payment solution to thank employees, incentivize its sales teams or conduct their in-house UX usability testing, Tremendous is an easy, scalable solution. However, it’s not so easy to establish and build relationships with large, multi-divisional Fortune 100 enterprises and showcase all that Tremendous offers. This is where you come in.
You will
- Manage 20-25 named Fortune 100 companies to maximize Tremendous usage and revenue across all divisions and use cases
- In some cases, Tremendous will already be working with some of your accounts. In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Leadership, your job will be to expand the relationship to as many other groups as possible.
- In other cases, Tremendous will have no existing relationship. Your job is to establish and expand those partnerships
- Build and implement strategic plans for your accounts and present ongoing progress to executive leadership
You have
- 10+ years of progressive Sales, Account Management or Partnerships Experience with Fortune 100 companies in revenue generating roles
- Experience navigating complex MSAs and related paperwork to establish enterprise wide revenue generating partnerships
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota or MBOs
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent business acumen to identify and create new sales opportunities with net new and existing customers

- Our compensation is exceptional. Not only do we track and pay at the top of the range for our roles, your compensation includes valuable equity. The base salary for this role is $175,000 - $220,000 with commission.
