Requirements
- 12+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space
- Experience within data integration, analytics, and business intelligence in law enforcement / public safety strongly preferred
- Track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into net new complex accounts
- Ability and comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers
- Familiarity with solution-based selling
- Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Responsibilities
- Building client relationships with strategic target accounts
- Closing new business and expanding Peregrine’s footprint
- Prospecting, developing, and closing business in a timely manner
- Negotiating and closing agreements with clients
- Supporting new customers through the onboarding process
- Assessing, prioritizing, planning, and selling into a geographic subset of Major Accounts
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing high-value sales opportunities
- Delivering senior-level presentations and demonstrations
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Being a trusted advisor to customers and driving Peregrine’s solution
- Identifying, developing, and documenting GTM best practices
- Holding a peer-leadership role in the sales organization
- Involvement in ongoing account management to drive business expansion
