  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role in global companies with multiple locations
