About This Role

For this, the processes that you create will support our residents when they are experiencing what may be their worst day. You will be instrumental in creating a successful and scalable business unit with a keen focus on detail. This role is the glue that holds Divvy Operations and its residents together when a disaster occurs. The process is fast-paced, emotionally charged, and incredibly rewarding. As a team of one you will have an exceptional level of ownership, and will be required to be highly motivated and driven to be successful in this role.
Typically this role is Monday through Friday, but in the event that a disaster occurs after hours or during a weekend, the role requires you be available to work as needed to ensure a rapid, flawless emergency incident response.
While this role is initially focused on our portfolio level Emergency Response Program, candidates that are successful in the role will have the potential to expand and grow their business footprint into other areas of Risk Management and Home Operations generally.
We have a documented equal pay policy, and do not negotiate on offers. To maintain fairness and keep starting total comp the same for anyone who comes into that position, individual pay is determined by role, level and work location only. At the offer stage, we give candidates 3 different offers to choose from depending on how they want to favor cash vs equity. The US based salary range for this position is $114,000 to $145,000 + equity + benefits. Please note: We have two different compensation tiers depending on your location.
