About the role:
We are looking for a strong team player who thrives working in an environment
where they collaborate and partner with various functions. As the Senior Director of
Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue
processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between sales,
marketing, and customer success. You will leverage your deep understanding of
working in a high velocity sales environment, as well as your expertise in the
MEDDPICC sales methodology, to develop and implement strategies that drive
revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Position Responsibilities:
● Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue
operations strategy that supports our business goals, aligns with the overall
company vision and enhances the customer experience.
● Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Lead the development and
execution of robust forecasting models to provide accurate revenue
projections.
● Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of revenue initiatives, providing
regular updates to executive leadership.
● Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to provide insights into
sales performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to
enhance revenue growth.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with
marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless
execution of revenue initiatives and a unified go-to-market strategy.
● Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership and the Sales
Enablement team to refine sales processes, enhance forecasting accuracy,
and optimize pipeline management, driving effective execution and
performance.
● MEDDPICC Implementation: Champion the MEDDPICC sales framework
across the organization, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary
tools, training, and support to effectively leverage this methodology.
● Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to
streamline operations, reduce friction in the sales cycle, and enhance the
overall customer experience.
● Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue
operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
professional growth.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related
roles, with a focus on enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure
tools.
● Proven experience working in a MEDDPICC environment, with a strong track
record of successful implementation and results.
● Leadership level experience within a hyper-growth stage company.
● Exceptional analytical skills and experience with CRM tools and analytics
platforms.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across
cross-functional teams.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset
and a hands-on approach.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
priorities effectively.

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
