Quality Assurance
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field
  • Current Licensed Architect in the US or Professional Engineer in the US or Canada
  • Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience in Architecture or Engineering
  • CDT and LEED accreditation preferred
  • Demonstrated focus on quality
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional technical design skills and strong subject matter expertise
  • Exceptional client leadership and team leadership skills
  • Ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
  • Travel required
  • Manage and monitor integrated quality review processes for the project
  • Meet regularly with multiple office Business Practice Leaders and Office Quality Leaders
  • Develop and implement a strategy for continuous proactive Quality engagement
  • Schedule and coordinate staffing for quality reviews for all disciplines
  • Engage with the development of Project Risk Assessment and manage risk mitigation strategies
  • Guide and assist team in the development of the Project Quality Plan
  • Review and guide the development of planning of each phase drawing document deliverable
  • Implement firm technical document standards and CA policies
  • Monitor overall project metrics to ensure project success
  • Act as a proactive resource to the project team in decision-making processes
  • Engage in project phase quality reviews and manage other project reviewers
  • Participate in Business Development activity and collaborate with Marketing and Office Leadership
  • Establish strategies for capturing and reusing institutional knowledge within the firm
  • Write technical articles relating to technical quality subjects
  • Guide and mentor project staff to support a culture of continuous quality improvement
  • Engage with Client leadership in regards to quality processes and efforts
  • Perform other duties as needed
