Responsibilities
- Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance.
- Trim, edge, and mulch as directed.
- Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas.
- Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways, including collecting trash.
- Remove snow and spread salt during inclement weather.
- Assist with pool maintenance as directed by the supervisor.
- Assist with light maintenance as directed by the supervisor.
