Requirements
  • A high school diploma, GED, or technical school graduate/certification is required.
  • A valid state driver's license must be obtained and maintained.
  • At least six months of customer service or sales experience is required.
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy environment, interact with people, and deal with difficult situations is required.
  • The role requires the physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, grab, lift, and carry typical office equipment weighing up to approximately 80 pounds.
  • Normal or corrected hearing sufficient to receive detailed oral information and accurately understand normal conversations in person and by telephone is required.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers professionally and courteously as they arrive for service appointments.
  • Listen to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately document their needs.
  • Advise customers on available services, repairs, and maintenance options based on their vehicles' condition and needs.
  • Provide clear explanations of repair estimates, timelines, and potential outcomes.
  • Present and sell AAA Car Care services, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and warranty options.
  • Upsell additional services and products when appropriate based on customer needs and vehicle health.
  • Provide cost estimates and timeframes for repairs or service packages.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure requested work is accurately completed.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process and provide vehicle-status updates.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services by working closely with the technician team to meet customer expectations.
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and service history in the customer management system.
  • Review and process customer invoices and payments accurately and transparently.
  • Foster positive, long-term customer relationships to build trust and brand loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally while aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Production and key performance indicators are reviewed monthly and quarterly by facility leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
