In 2025, we achieved production three times a week for nearly 50 weeks, which created up to 150 hours of bonus PTO for staff
That’s like earning about 4.5 extra weeks of paid vacation on top of your regular PTO
Many team members who earn this bonus typically work 4 days/week (32 hours)
Bonus PTO eligibility begins after 90 days
Your PTO grows with you
1 year: 40 hours (1 week) of paid vacation, whether you work 32 or 40 hours/week
2 years: 2 weeks paid vacation
5 years: 3 weeks paid vacation

Valid RDA license (per state requirements)
