1-3 years Experience with handling stenographic depositions and court proceedings in Florida
Current Florida Notary License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of residency as well as basic national knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions/sessions
Capturing the proceeding stenographically and retaining steno notes
Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
Marking and maintaining Exhibits
Monitoring and managing the session
Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs
Performs other related duties as assigned

This position is primarily remote, but may need to attend in-person proceedings, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions/sessions, which include:
Capturing the proceeding stenographically and retaining steno notes, if required by the court to provide
Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
Marking and maintaining Exhibits
Monitoring and managing the session
Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

1-3 years Experience with handling stenographic depositions and court proceedings in Florida
Current Florida Notary License Strong communication and interpersonal skills
