Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental and social impact assessment
  • Experienced with IPMVP
  • Experienced with carbon emission analysis for energy efficiency projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Identify potential environmental and social impacts, including those related to energy, carbon emissions, air quality, health, employment, and social equity
  • Conduct environmental and social impact assessments for energy efficiency projects
  • Develop Measurement and Verification plans, and conduct Measurement and Verification analyses for energy efficiency and electrification projects
  • Prepare impact assessment reports and other documentation as required
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant environmental and social legislation and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on environmental and social impact issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that environmental and social impacts are considered in all aspects of the project
  • Oversee project performance post-construction and diagnose potential abnormal energy usage
  • Support customer success team after project completion to address issues related to project performance
